Note: Employers who access candidate data through Jobupn act as independent data controllers in respect of that data. Jobupn operates as the data controller in respect of personal data collected directly through its platform.

4. AI Processing & Machine Learning
Jobupn's core features rely on artificial intelligence and machine learning. Specifically:
- We analyse your CV profile, job applications, and platform interactions to generate match scores and recommendations (see Section 4)
- We use this data to train, test, and refine our AI models over time
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs. Match scores and recommendations are not endorsements of candidacy or suitability.
Where our AI systems use personal data, we aim to do so with care. We review and audit our models for biased or discriminatory outputs. If you believe an AI process decision affected you unfairly, you can request manual human review through our support team.
